These years saw me train to become a secondary school Art teacher in 2001, but more importantly become a father again in 2003. Apart from a major show at Newport Museum & Art Gallery in 2001, I exhibited exclusively with Martin Tinney Gallery in Cardiff. This was a fantastic experience that meant exhibiting alongside the top brass of Welsh painting, such as Shani Rhys James, Kevin Sinnott, Sally Moore, Charlie Burton, Ernest Zobole and Peter Pendergast, all of whom I had studied and admired as a student.
