Juggling Act

I’m back in school, so it’s safe to assume that I haven’t done a lot of my own drawing, painting or printing this week.
What I have been able to do is plan. Planning’s great up until the time when you have to do something with your ideas, so I’m attempting to break a gender stereotype and do more than one thing at once.
This has involved sketching on notepads and scrap paper (when I get the time to sit still), making more refined sketches (like the examples below) and setting up a printing press in my art room in the hope that I can use it after school hours.
All I need now is the willpower…
I’ll keep you posted.

New Season, New Hope

The new season kicks off today, and I’m feeling inspired to make some more football-related pictures about my beloved Swansea City. Totally self-indulgent, but I’ll get a kick out of it, even if others may not! Here’s ‘Jack’, linocut, 6x6in. It’s available in my online store.
